After ordering, buyers are asked to rate their suppliers on various qualities on a scale of 1 to 5 each week. We use ratings from the past 30 days or the last 100 reviews if there are more than 100 reviews in the last 30 days, in order to reflect a supplier’s recent performance. Ratings are only shown if we have at least 3 orders rated by users.

We ask about correct products delivered, updates on stocks, product quality, delivery condition, delivery time, helpful staff, value for money and consistent pricing.
