Customers

How can I change my customer's details?

From supplier.rekki.com

  • Click on the “customers” tab

  • Type the name of your customer in the search bar

  • Click on your customer’s name

  • Click on “details”

  • From there, change the customer’s account ID, their customer representative, their specific cut-off time and minimum order amount, chat with them or update their product list.

Only Suppliers that have accepted Terms & Conditions on suppliers.rekki.com will be able to access it.
