How can I manage a customer's product list?

How can I manage a customer’s product list?
  • From http://supplier.rekki.com 

  • Click on the ‘customers’ tab

  • Type the name of your customer in the search bar

  • Click on your customer’s name

  • Click on ‘product list’

To edit a product in the list:
  • Click on the product you wish to edit

  • Edit the product details

  • Click save changes

To add a product to the list:
  • To add a product, click on the ‘Add Product’ button

  • Edit the fields on the screen that shows up

  • Click save changes

To search the product list:
  • Click on the search bar and type in the name or product code of the item you are looking for.

You can also add customers to different pricing tariffs by following the instructions from the article ‘Customer Pricing on supplier.rekki.com’.

Additionally, you can include a product list when inviting a customer to the app via a document upload, or by adding items from the catalogue or custom.
