It is not possible to change your phone number on the REKKI app, as it is used for app login.

Please follow the instructions from our FAQ to add a new team member to invite a new number to your site.

Alternatively, you can join by adding the exact information of the site when entering your details. If you know the exact name and address, follow these steps:

• Open REKKI, click Get Started (not Log In)

• Enter your details with your new number

• Enter your buyer site details with the same name and address (e.g. “Never for Ever (Urban Leisure Group), 79 Highgate Rd, Kentish Town, London NW5 1TL, UK)

• Once done, you’ll get a prompt to join that existing buyer site

• Click Request an invite and enter someone’s number on the team

• This will send an invite to them in the settings page in the app

• Once they’ve accepted your invite, close your REKKI, reopen, and you should be good to go
