There are several ways you can send a mass message to your REKKI-using customers. All of these are listed below and accessed by first logging into your supplier.rekki.com account.

1. To send a mass message to your customers:

• Click on the ‘chat’ tab

• On the bottom left, click on the ‘Broadcast’ button

• Write the Message you wish to send

• Add any images or products you want included in the message 

• Press continue

• Click the boxes next to the Customer names you wish to send the message to

• Press Send Now

2. To promote a product to your customers:

• Click on the ‘Marketing’ tab 

• Click on the ‘Broadcasts’ tab

• Write the Message you wish to send

• Add the images and products you want included in the message 

• Press continue

• Click the boxes next to the Customer names you wish to send the message to

• Press Send Now

3. Send a templated mass message to your customers:

• Scroll down the home page

• We have some set template messages that you can click on

• Click on one to get started

• Write or edit the Message you wish to send

• Add any images or products you want included in the message 

• Press continue

• Click the boxes next to the Customer names you wish to send the message to

• Press Send Now

Only Suppliers that have accepted terms & Conditions on suppliers.rekki.com will be able to access this feature.
