To delete a catalogue match:

•  Open REKKI OrderAI

•  Navigate to ‘menu’

•  Navigate to ‘catalogue matching’

•  Search for the ‘matched code’ in the search bar, selecting ‘match code’

•  Find the match

•  Click the red bin icon when you hover over the match with your cursor

To delete an order guide match:

•  Open REKKI OrderAI

•  Navigate to ‘menu’

•  Navigate to ‘customers’

•  Search for the customer in question

•  Search for the ‘matched code’

•  Find the match under ‘product matches’

•  Click the red bin icon when you hover over the match with your cursor
