Payments

I have just made a payment, why is my account still blocked?

Depending on your payment method and how you sent your payment, the time it takes to receive the transaction and have your account automatically unsuspended will vary.

Card

If you use a card or a pay link, your account should be unblocked instantly once overdue invoices are paid. If refreshing your app does not work, please contact us on WhatsApp +44 7534 854112 or email support@rekki.com

Credit terms provider TWO

If your payment method is TWO.inc, the quickest way to get unblocked is to use the “click to pay” button on the first page of your TWO.inc statement. This will take a few hours to update your account status.

If you have paid TWO.inc via bank transfer, it will likely take a day to update (if the payment reference number was included, it will be quicker). You can speed up the unblocking of your account by sending proof of payment, such as a bank transfer image (including date, recipient, and amount), along with the TWO statement number to our support team at support@rekki.com or via WhatsApp at +44 7534 854112.
