My order is being classified as a non-order
As you will have your full inbox forwarded, we will filter out orders and non-orders to be pushed on your OrderAI UI to process. Sometimes, if an email is ambiguous, we will misclassify this as a non-order. This is how you can force this through:
Go to the inbox, left side column
Check the “not orders” column
You can search for the order email you want to push by scrolling on the “not orders” column or searching the subject in the top right search bar
Click “convert to order” if you want to push this to be processed
If you notice the same orders are being misclassified, please report a case
