Troubleshooting & Errors

My order is being classified as a non-order

As you will have your full inbox forwarded, we will filter out orders and non-orders to be pushed on your OrderAI UI to process. Sometimes, if an email is ambiguous, we will misclassify this as a non-order. This is how you can force this through:

  • Go to the inbox, left side column

  • Check the “not orders” column

  • You can search for the order email you want to push by scrolling on the “not orders” column or searching the subject in the top right search bar

  • Click “convert to order” if you want to push this to be processed

  • If you notice the same orders are being misclassified, please report a case
