Safelisting for Outlook
Our emails sometimes get marked as spam. Even if you don't see it in your inbox or spam folder it is likely the issue.
If you use Microsoft 365, follow this video:
After safelisting, please check your quarantine inbox.
The quarantine inbox is a separate inbox where Microsoft sends emails it deems suspicious (like a second spam inbox). The instructions for this are below:
Log in to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine using your regular login details.
See if you can find any REKKI emails in this inbox.
You can select multiple quarantined messages in the list (up to 100) by clicking the blank area to the left of the first column
The Bulk actions drop-down list appears.
Select “Release messages”.
By releasing all REKKI messages back to your regular inbox, it reinforces them as not spam.
