If this order has been stuck for more than 1 hour, it may be an integration failure.
You can fix it by:
Opening the order
Reading the error message, updating the information, and clicking ‘retry integration’
This will take you to a page where you can change the item code, account code, etc.
Please press “contact support” if this still does not fix the failure
