Troubleshooting & Errors
This order has been matched to the wrong customer
Sometimes a team member might match an order to the wrong customer and not realise till their next order. Here is how to fix it:
Go to the “clients” tab
Search for the customer the order was incorrectly matched to (the account showing on the order)
Open the customer, under “linked account”, delete any wrong matches, e.g the address is for a different site, by pressing the “unlink” icon
This will make sure Connect does not incorrectly match this customer on the next order
