Troubleshooting & Errors

This order has been matched to the wrong customer

Sometimes a team member might match an order to the wrong customer and not realise till their next order. Here is how to fix it:

  • Go to the “clients” tab

  • Search for the customer the order was incorrectly matched to (the account showing on the order)

  • Open the customer, under “linked account”, delete any wrong matches, e.g the address is for a different site, by pressing the “unlink” icon

  • This will make sure Connect does not incorrectly match this customer on the next order
