Why has my account been suspended?
REKKI is built for business orders and does not support home deliveries.
Currently, the app is only available to customers who regularly order in bulk, such as restaurants, cafes, bars, schools, etc.
If you signed up to REKKI using a residential address, or a business address we don’t recognise, you may have been suspended from ordering. If you think this is the case, please reach out to support@rekki.com to confirm your business name and business address so that our team can verify your account.
