Why was my card declined?

Your bank can prevent REKKI from charging your card for several reasons, the most common being:

  • Incorrect card details

  • A change in your billing address

  • Insufficient funds in your account

  • Expired card

The best way to resolve this is to make sure your card details are accurate and up to date on REKKI. Please also ensure you have enough money in your account to cover the invoice amount.

If your card details are correct and REKKI is still unable to charge your card, we recommend trying a different card and contacting your bank.
