If you’ve decided you no longer need your REKKI account and wish to delete it, we’ve made the process straightforward. By following the steps below, you can ensure your account is permanently and securely removed.

Please note that we anonymise all data associated with deleted accounts to protect your privacy.

• Launch the REKKI App: Open the REKKI app on your device to begin the deletion process

• Access Settings: Once in the app, navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu. This area allows you to adjust various aspects of your account and app preferences

• Go to Your Profile: In the ‘Settings’ menu, find and select the ‘Profile’ option. Your profile contains personal information and account settings

• Find the Deletion Option: Look for the ‘...’ icon located in the top right corner of the screen and tap on it. This will open a menu with additional options

• Delete Your Profile: In the menu that appears, select ‘Delete Profile’. You’ll be asked to confirm your decision to ensure that you want to proceed with deleting your account

• Upon confirmation of your profile deletion, your account will be permanently removed from the REKKI platform. Rest assured that we take your privacy seriously: all data associated with your account is anonymised following deletion. This means that any information that could potentially identify you is stripped away and rendered irretrievable, ensuring your complete privacy and security
