My customer cannot order from the app, how can I unblock them?
Why does REKKI block customers?
To ensure that a customer does not order if their previous invoices have not been paid, they are prevented from ordering on the app. We will mark them as ‘Blocked’, and you can check for this on supplier.rekki.com
You cannot unblock them - if a customer asks you regarding this block, please ask them to reach out to support@rekki.com where we will assist them with unblocking their account.
They will automatically be unblocked once they have paid all their invoices.
You can find out if a customer is blocked from ordering by:
Going to supplier.rekki.com
Click the ‘Customers’ tab
Search for the customer in question
They will have a blocked marker next to their name
Or just filter the blocked buyers by clicking the tick next to the 'blocked' pill on this page
We will not accept any payment risk if a buyer tries to place an order outside the app or via a message in the chat.
Note: this is only for PRO customers. Customers might be blocked due to outstanding payments with other suppliers.
