You can view an expected payout date for a specific invoice by following the steps below:

• Log in to supplier.rekki.com

• Navigate to the ‘payments’ tab

• Search for the invoice number of the invoice you want to learn the expected payout for

• On the far right-hand side of the page, you will find the ‘expected payout’ date of that invoice

The expected payout date is when you should see the payout for that invoice in your bank account. This date is provided to us by our payments service provider, Stripe.

You can log into your Stripe account for more details on this payout:

• Log in to supplier.rekki.com

• Click the arrow in the top right-hand corner to expand the drop-down

• Select ‘Supplier’

• Below the ‘payments’ section, you can select ‘manage your Stripe account’
