You can find this on the ‘order processing’ tab. The email address will end with @order-connect.rekki.com.

Order Forwarding Steps:

1. Open iCloud Mail:

• Go to icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID

• Click on the mail icon to access iCloud Mail

2. Go to settings:

• In the lower-left corner of the iCloud Mail interface, click on the gear icon (⚙️) and select “preferences” from the dropdown menu

• In the preferences window, click on the “General” tab

• Scroll down to the ‘forwarding’ section

3. Enable forwarding:

• Check the box next to “forward my email to”

• Enter the REKKI Connect email address into the forwarding field

4. Option to delete original messages:

• If you want to delete the emails from your iCloud inbox after forwarding, check the box next to “delete messages after forwarding”

• We would recommend moving the email into a new folder to avoid the order getting processed more than once

5. Save changes:

• Click “done” to save your settings
