If you know the REKKI order number or original PO number of the order, you can search for who processed it on OrderAI:

• Go to the “orders” tab.

• Type the REKKI order number or original PO number into the search bar.

• Open the order.

• Check the “processed by” field at the top of the order.

• If the field shows “auto commit”, this means this has been automatically processed by OrderAI, no team member processed this order.
