REKKI SaaS (Software as a Service) is one of our options when using REKKI as a supplier.

supplier.rekki.com - our central customer management platform. Paying for REKKI SaaS will mean all order emails from REKKI include product codes and account codes, and you will retain access to.

On supplier.rekki.com you can:

• Broadcast messages and promotions to all your users

• Upload images to your catalogue 

• Showcase special offers and seasonal items

• Leverage pour delivery area tool to specify delivery times/requirements in order to target new markets 

• Use the ‘Did you forget’ promotional screen to increase basket size

• Message your customers, confirm orders, and update their details

When will I have to pay?

• You will not pay any SaaS fees if you have under 10 active buyers a month. This means that if you have fewer than ten customers place an order with you in a month, you will have free access to the above tools.

• If you have over ten active customers, you will need to pay for these services. 

• This will be done at a rate agreed in your contract.
