What are the benefits of being a PRO supplier?
REKKI PRO allows suppliers like you to get the most out of your business by streamlining your operations, reducing your risk and making it easier and faster for new customers to start working with you. You can support your customers with an app built specifically for them, saving them time and allowing you to build on the relationships you already have.
What is included:
Integration
Orders do not need to be manually processed, saving time and reducing mistakes
Once payment is received, invoices are marked as paid, removing the need for manual reconciliation
Payments
You send invoices that are received by the customer instantly, allowing for faster payments
Receive payment per invoice via direct debit or credit card through REKKI
Risk Management
Regardless of payment terms, REKKI will pay you directly and manage the payment from your customers independently

Display your business on REKKI’s live marketplace
Customers in your delivery area can find you, browse your catalogue, order and pay – all through REKKI

How to activate your business on PRO:
Sign up to REKKI via rekki.com/suppliers
Connect your account with Stripe Express and set up a direct debit via supplier.rekki.com
Provide an up-to-date price list. Customers will see this the first time they order, and then it is replaced with the last invoiced price
Sign the contract sent via HelloSign
How you get paid:
Every new customer you receive will be from a restaurant with a validated payment method saved on REKKI
The full invoice value is paid to you 24 hours after you send the invoice to REKKI and automatically deposited into your bank account - transit times may vary
REKKI charges %+VAT per invoice charged
REKKI will issue refunds to your customers once it receives a credit note. The amounts paid will then be included on your REKKI invoice
When you receive a new customer through REKKI:
Deliver the first order on your next working day, as long as the order is placed by 2 pm
Forward all invoices to us at a unique email address. This is essential for invoices to be charged, and for payment to be made to you
Include the invoice number on any credit notes
