Why does my chat say ‘Insufficient funds’?

If you have received a message stating that you need to top up your card, we have attempted to charge an invoice to your card and received an ‘insufficient funds’ response. Please ensure you have enough money on your card to cover the amount of your invoice, or your account may be blocked from ordering.
