I tried to authorise a card payment and it keeps failing - why?

When paying by card, your bank will often ask you to authenticate your payments. This is a measure put in place by your bank (not REKKI) to prevent fraud.

Authentication links which have been left unauthorised for long periods of time frequently fail. This is because leaving a payment unauthenticated for a long period of time flags the payment as suspicious to your bank.

The best way to make sure your card authorisation is successful and to receive authentication links less frequently from your bank is to make sure to authenticate payments promptly.
